A decade of
real industry
frustration.

We have spent over a decade building embedded and IoT systems, real products, for real industries. The same frustration kept coming back from us and from every client we worked with.

Freshers joining the industry simply were not ready. Not because they were incapable, but because nobody had shown them what "ready" actually looks like.

The name
Every engineer knows that computers and electronics run on binary, the most fundamental element of computing. That is where the name comes from. Think Binary. Start from first principles. Build up from there.
The observation

A frustration shared by everyone in the room

We did not just observe this from the sidelines. We have been training corporate teams and running workshops on emerging technologies for years. We understood the gap intimately, from both ends. Every hiring manager we knew had the same story.

The decision

Time to do something about it

Watching another batch of promising engineers struggle through their first six months on the job, we decided it was time to step in. We started by talking to over 100 clients and hiring managers and asked them a simple question: what does a job-ready engineer actually look like to you?

The method

Answers that were consistent, specific, and never about textbooks

The answers were almost never about theoretical knowledge. We took that insight and built a method, a structured way to assess where a student truly stands, identify the gaps that matter, and give them a clear, actionable path forward.

The proof

100 students. Nearly all placed within 3 months.

We tested the approach offline with a cohort of 100 students. With discipline and consistent practice, nearly all of them were placed within three months. We then ran mentoring cohorts and internship cohorts. Students who completed those programmes found jobs in under 45 days.

Now

Bringing it to everyone

The results were clear. Now we are bringing that to everyone, whether you are looking for your first role or making a move after years in the field. ThinkBinary is the system, the platform, and the community to make it happen at scale.

Our Principles

What we believe.

These convictions shaped every decision we made building ThinkBinary.

01

Readiness is measurable

Vague feedback like "needs improvement" is useless. A score that breaks down fundamentals, applied knowledge, and industry habits is actionable.

02

Practical beats theoretical

A student who can build and explain a UART parser with timeout handling is more ready than one who scored 90% on an electronics MCQ.

03

Honest feedback is a gift

Most students never get told what is actually missing. ThinkGauge tells them, specifically, not vaguely. That is the starting point for real improvement.

04

Mentors, not just teachers

The difference between a coach who has hired engineers and one who has not is enormous. Our mentors come from industry, not just academia.

05

Content must map to gaps

Generic courses do not close specific skill gaps. Every learning path in ThinkBinary is tied to an assessed gap, not a catalogue.

06

Trust is earned by evidence

A certificate means nothing without proof. ThinkBinary builds credibility through assessments, real projects, and verified artifacts.

The Platform

What we're building.

ThinkBinary is a full ecosystem, not a single product.

ThinkGauge: AI Assessment Engine

A 300-point readiness assessment across Fundamentals, Applied Knowledge, and Industry Readiness, with rubric-graded scores and a personalised 4-week improvement plan.

Structured Learning Tracks

Micro-courses, bootcamps and career tracks in IoT & Embedded, AI/ML, and Data Science, built around real industry skill requirements.

Projects & Proof Artifacts

Every learning gap maps to a real project. Submissions are rubric-evaluated and become verifiable portfolio artifacts that employers can trust.

College Cohort Tools

Cohort-level ThinkGauge diagnostics, readiness gap heatmaps, and structured semester programmes for TPOs and placement cells.
